Geoffrey Cripe joined United Country’s staff of Michigan agents in 2015 and brings 11 years of experience as a specialist working with large acreage property owners brokering conveyances, land contracts and conservation instruments. Geoffrey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Management from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus in urban and regional planning. After several years employed in land use planning, Geoffrey pivoted to a career in land conservation working with landowners to help them protect land and evaluating land from a natural resource perspective. In this capacity, Geoffrey has met with hundreds of large acreage landowners across southern Michigan and has an intimate knowledge of the territory. In recent years, he has focused on listing naturally significant properties to seek buyers in specialized markets and connect parties who share similar values. Geoff resides in south central Michigan with his wife Sarah and son Lyndon.
